Renewed Roots Holding LLC is a new real estate company founded by Tony & Ashley Bradberry. Here's why we started — and what we're building toward.
Why we started
Renewed Roots Holding LLC started as an idea on a whiteboard and a shared desire to build something together. Tony & Ashley Bradberry — engaged, building a life together, and looking at each other one night saying: what if we actually did this?
We wanted to build something real, together, and pass it on. Not a get-rich-quick play. Not a side hustle. A family business with strong roots that can outlast us.
Real estate made sense. Tony has spent years in the trades running JT Home & Lawn — from concrete and sod to full-scope renovation work. He knows what a house needs, what it costs, and what a fair number looks like. Ashley brings the strategy, the systems, and the design eye that turns a renovation into a home. We complement each other, and we're better as a team than either of us is alone.
So we formed the LLC, chose the name, and started building — the brand, the systems, the deal pipeline, and the relationships. This website is one of the first steps.
The name
"Renewed Roots" means two things to us. First, renewing old houses — bringing tired properties back to life with real, quality work. Second, growing our own roots — building a family business in the community we call home.
What we believe
- Do it right the first time. Cutting corners costs more later — for us and for the family who ends up living there.
- Honest deals, honest offers. If a house isn't right for us, we'll say so. If it is, we'll make an offer we can stand behind.
- Long-term over quick money. We're not chasing a flash. We're building something that compounds.
- Family first. The reason for the business is the family. Not the other way around.
Where we are right now
The company is formed. The brand is built. Tony and Ashley are actively analyzing deals and building relationships with sellers, lenders, agents, and licensed trades. We're getting ready to close on our first project — and we plan to share that journey as it happens.

Tony Bradberry
Tony leads deal sourcing and hands-on renovation planning. Through his home-and-lawn company, JT Home & Lawn, he's spent years managing crews, pricing work, and getting projects done right — the kind of ground-level experience most first-year investors don't have.
Whether he's on a jobsite, in the field, or standing at the whiteboard, Tony is always thinking about the next step — what needs to happen tomorrow, next quarter, and five years out.

Ashley Bradberry
Ashley leads deal analysis, business systems, and the design decisions that will turn a renovation into a home. Her focus is making sure Renewed Roots runs well from day one — clean numbers, clear processes, and thoughtful choices at every step.
She's the reason "do it right" is a value, not just a slogan.
